You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, including viewing information, making bookings, and registering for tournaments.

Dining Bookings and Cancellations
Booking Process
Dining reservations can be made through the website, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure a booking for groups of 6 or more. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the venue. For groups of 6 or more, a deposit may be required, which will be applied to the final bill.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for groups of 6 or more to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of $20 per person.
- No-shows will be charged the full deposit amount.
Tournament Rules
Tournament Formats
Kingsand Cinder offers a variety of tournament formats, including Texas Hold'em, Pot-Limit Omaha, and special events. Each tournament has specific rules regarding buy-ins, blind levels, and prize structures. Buy-ins are paid in Australian dollars and cover entry to the tournament, with no cash prizes awarded. All tournaments are dealer-dealt and follow standard poker rules as determined by the venue.
Conduct and Fair Play
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Cheating, collusion, or any form of unfair play will result in immediate disqualification and possible banning from the venue. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates the code of conduct. Decisions by tournament directors are final.
Liability and Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingsand Cinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or participation in venue activities. The venue is not liable for personal injury or property damage except where caused by its negligence. Social Poker Club Membership
Membership Eligibility
Membership in the Kingsand Cinder Social Poker Club is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who agree to abide by the club's rules and code of conduct. Membership is free and can be obtained by registering on the website or at the venue. Members must provide accurate personal information and may be required to present valid identification.
Chip System and Points
All gameplay in the social poker club uses tournament chips and points, which have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods. Chips are provided for tournament play only and must be returned at the end of each event. Points are awarded based on tournament performance and contribute to the championship leaderboard.
